SEC Filings & EDGAR Operations Manager

Federal Filings is seeking an experienced SEC Filings & EDGAR Operations Manager to lead our production team and ensure the accurate, timely delivery of SEC filings for public companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day EDGAR filing operations and production workflow.
- Oversee SEC filings, including registration statements, periodic reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, accountants, and internal production teams.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with SEC requirements.
- Lead and mentor production staff while maintaining exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with EDGAR filing operations.
- Strong knowledge of SEC filing requirements and workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial printing or SEC filing services is highly preferred.
